New Contrast changes when watching video (black turning grey)

Dear community

I have a strange behaviour on my Mi 11 Pro. Everytime I start watching a video the display gets grey. Black is turning grey and colors are also washed out because of the false contrast.
It doesnt matter if I watch YT, Netflix or a video from my local gallery. I've set to calibrated color mode and tested with 60 or 120hz. All changes doesn't effect that behaviour.
I am on the newest weekly rom but I had this issue also in all versions before.

Does anyone know a solution for this?

I have the same over here, when I press the volume button + or - and the volume slide appear, the contrast on the video becomes normal as long as that volume slide is on the screen. When it dissapears the video gets false contrast back

Try to look for video tool box, go to style and change from B&w to Ori. (my situation happened when all the videos and youtube change to b&w) -for redmi note 12 pro+, you may see one white bar on the left of screen when in video, swipe that out)

Does anybody have a solution?

I recently bought the Xiaomi note 13 pro and I'm having the same issue, contrast changes while watching videos ( black to grey ). When I press the volume buttons and the volume slide appears this issue is temporarily fixed, it only works while the volume slide is on the screen.
