Couldnt Add. Device does not exist in server.

I bought Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro + 5G Chinese reflashed to the global version as I understand, without knowing about it, when I want to connect mi unlock to unlock the bootloader, an error pops up:couldnt add. Device does not exist in server.I tried through my community but it constantly says that there are no free places, how can I solve the problem, help .

You cannot unlock Chinese devices outside of China. Your best solution would be to return the device if you can.
