New Couldn't sync Recorder, Notes and Frequent phrases in 14.0.27 (POCO F5)

I'm using POCO F5 (Redmi Note 12 Turbo), and I find some bugs when I update to 14.0.27. (These not happened in 14.0.25)
1. Couldn't sync Recorder, Notes and Frequent phrases.
2. Crashed when I try to logout xiaomi account.
3. Can't download widgets.

After 1, Jan the Mi Cloud Sync are unstable.
I confirm same Recorder, Notes and Frequent Phrases sync issue.

But now I install 14.0.25 again, and these issues are not happening.

I didn't reinstall my Poco F3 but I confirm that since last week Mi Account Activation and Mi Cloud Sync (Xiaomi SIM Activation Service) are working flawlessly again after six months with issues.
