No.. this game use core 4-5 at last I checked, but now just core 0-3.
All of my game didnt smooth like before

in cpu z is pretty normal that 2 core are off, cause system is in idle mode an the cpus are not needed, help safe battery

but in games the cpu must be active

Same problem but this is rom's fault because it not display cpu correctly, cpu 4 5 are still working fine.

It's a new feature called QuickDischarge made by Xiaomi.

Same here. Cores 4, 5 asleep. Temp 42°C just from browsing... Lucky its a stable android 7
