Crt Off Animation

Is there a way to turn off the CRT off animation (I'm on 5.5.29 @ Mi Note LTE)? I really dislike it but can't seem to find a toggle to deactivate it.

You can't. Eventually you can try restoring services.jar from miui China rom.
