Customize Theme Mi4

in my old rom miui.it I could customize icons, notifications, etc individually ....
in this? in "themes" I can't click "customize" ... there isn't

Hi, you can set follow step:
1- First, pls turn off Wifi or 3G.
2- Click to setting--> Installed Apps-->Themes--> Clear data.
3- Click to theme icon againt. Now, you can see Customize icon and click it quickly.
4- Enjoy.
