Data connection problem

guys i have data connection problem on my note 7 pro with stable rom (miui10.3.5)
i am flashing this rom from miui10.3.7 stock rom.
is this firmware related problem ?

and i have also tested dev rom from this site everything is working,
but i want to use stable rom for my daily drive.

data connection for mobile data or wifi data?

mobile data, and this problem happen only in Airtel in Bangladesh, other network is working.
