Date and time aren't set automatically

Hi everyone

I have a problem.
After my phone is rebooted, Date and time are not set everytime automatically. I am using N1, 1.9.9.
It has happend previous versions.

So I have to do follow menu
Settings->System->Date&Time Settings->Automatic (off->on)

Very inconvenient

Help me please...
