Define Wich App Count Data Traffic And Wich Not

Is there a way to define wich apps doesn't count a data traffic to manage the overall state of my data plafond?

What i mean is that my Operator wich is Portugal MEO give me 10GB of data traffic per month to use with soundcloud, spotify and of course i don't that those apps when in use count to my planned traffic wich is only 500Mb.

Is there anything available at newest rom for Mi5, stable or dev?

Mine is Dev 7.4.6 and no settings, waiting to update to 7.4.14 today to see if it appears.
