Device administrator FC with work profile

Hi,
I just upgraded my Mi5S to android 8, I configured my work profile with mobile Iron and when I try to active gmail app as device admin it crashes.
I also tried it with outlook app and I get the same issue.
Does anyone has idea how to solve it?
