After installing the xiaomi.eu_VEUXG_OS1.0.12.0.TKCMIXM_13.zip version, the device does not start.

Safe Mode booted up but only to a background image and nothing else. Power button doesn't turn the display off. And after a few seconds another bootloop even in safe mode.

When the black screen appears and volume up + power is pressed a stock android power menu appears so I think this bootloop has something to do with the system UI not starting correctly

I also had the same impression. As if it were a problem in SystemUI

I had to force the shutdown twice and then press Vol- to get into fastboot

"USB debugging" has to be enabled in Developer options and the PC authorized to connect before you can make a log.
We don't have the device so we have no idea what's going on.
