Dim screen

Hello wonderful people! Is there any way to get the screen dimmer than the lowest level of brightness? I used to launch 'Screen Filter' app in my original Jelly Bean OS to get this but it seems that this app doesn't work on MIUI OS.

I'm using Lux to automatically set the brightness to much lower values https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.vito.lux

Go to settings >> apps >> screen filter and enable "show popup window"
Then it will work

Thank you, dude! I didn't try this because I've downloaded LUX, as the other fella hinted. Thank you very much anyway. This thread certainly will help others.
