Direct Update From Miui 8.3 To 9.6

Can I update my xiaomi.eu rom from a very old version to the newest release? i haven't updated my phone for a while lol

Yes, just wipe cache and dalvik in TWRP and install new ROM. It will update without losing files. But backup anyway.

I updated from 8.5 to 9.5 without issues. Both roms by Xiaomi.eu
