Disable Power Menu When Lock

Hi,

I'm new here, i'v just flash my Redmi 3S Prime to latest MIUI from this from, and i have rooted my device.

One question, how do we disable power menu when the device is locked? I've come across this option when i try the Resurrection Remix Redmi 3s (land) ROM last time.

Please let me know if this function can be edit in EU ROM.
