DND exemption

Hi guys,
I have a mi11 and use DND at nights on a schedule so I don't get annoying pings while in the land of nod. Is there any way to let an app give notifications while in DND mode. I could on my old mi 9 but can't seem to on this. It's pritty important as I want it to be able to alert me of low blood sugar while I'm sleeping. I've looked and looked and can't seem to figure it out..

Still the same issue today on MIUI 13 or 14? This is a blocker for each alarm app that needs to be excepted front DND mode. DND exceptions are usually possible on AOSP.

This is not a feature in MIUI and out of scope here.

Please provide feedback to Xiaomi (official) using Service & Feedback setting/app.
