DND turns on randomly on XIAOMI 14 ULTRA running HyperOS 1.0.8.0 UNACNXM

I experience a problem that DND (Do not Disturb) is randomly turned on when I am not using the device. this happens during the night as well as during the day, in unregular time intervals, some days it does not happen at all, on some days I see the behavior several times.

In the settings I have turned off DND, and I have no schedule rules for DND defined. Nevertheless the option for using schedules is always set to "ON", even if not schedule exists.

Does someone experience the same issue and what could be the solution for this?

I have the EXACT same problem as you described. EXACTLY to every letter-detail you described ! The only difference is that I have a POCO F3 with Xiaomi HyperOS 1.0.1.0.TKHEUXM.

I can even add that, even tho I have no rules defined, If I add one its starts with "Timer 2" for the first rule. So is like there is a phantom rule already, only that this phantom has not some defined time when to activate and deactivate, but it seems random.

This problem is so annoying. Does anybody found a fix? I have so many application installed on the device, I really do not want to FactoryReset it and start all over, It would take me literal days or even weeks to reconnect and organize everything I have on it.
