Do Second Space and an Owner App work at the same time under MIUI?

Hello everyone, I would be interested if someone knows whether Second Space and an owner app (package disabler) work at the same time?

or would an owner app deactivate the second space? ( I want to install a Package Disabler, but it has to be the owner app)
