Do these issue still persists?

I'm about to flash the latest HyperOS 3 release from xiaomi.eu builds, but I'm still unsure whether these issues are either fixed, or if i had to manually fix them. The issues are:

120W charging
Mobile data not working
device: RN 14 Pro+

I've already found threads and modems regarding to solve the issue, what I'm still unsure about is where to find the latest modem fix, or is it bundled by the rom itself? does modem version mismatch really matters? thanks in advance.

modem mismatch doesnt really matter, just replace the modem.img with the global one you have

get the OS3.0.4.0.WOPMIXM one, extract take the modem.img from there and replace it in your ROM location
