Does Android Pay Work On With Eu Rom On Mi 5s Plus?

Currently having official stable global rom running on Mi5S Plus. But Android Pay and Pokemon Go cannot be used on the device. Strange, as the phone is using official Xiaomi global rom and bootloader is LOCKED.

So I'm wondering if unlock the bootloader and flash with the rom here, does it work?

Anyone can verify?

I have MI5S Plus with the bootloader unlocked and xiaomi.eu ROM 6.12.8
I don't know if Pokemon go works, because I don't have it installed, but Android Pay works fine.
The configuration needed for Android Pay to work is:
Settings --> More: 1) Enable NFC. 2) In "Secure element position" choose "Use HCE Wallet". 3) In "Tap and pay" choose the wallet app you use. And, of course, in permissions, allow your wallet app to access NFC.

This shoukd work also with the official global ROM and the bootloader locked, I guess.

Realised the problem with 3rd party seller.

Have no idea how he install Mi Max Prime Global rom onto my Mi 5S Plus....

After flashing to Mi 5S global rom, everything is good. Thanks for your help.
