Does This Have Better Push Notifications?

Hi, new user here. Picked up a Redmi Note 4 MTK and its great except for the push notification problem that all MIUI phones have. Does this ROM handle push notifications better or do I have to do the same methods again?

Have found the following works fine for me:

How to instant notifications:

1) Security app>Permissions>Autostart> enable autostart for every app you want instant notifications.

2) Security app>Permissions>Other permissions>enable Display pop-up window for every app you want instant notifications.

3) Settings>Battery & performance>Manage apps battery usage>Choose apps>Select your app>No restrictions

4)(Recent app menu>pull app down to lock in memory)
