Doubt about bootloader block

Guys, I know this question has been made several times, but I have a especific doubt.
My device is a 11Lite 5G NE Lisa board.
The stock rom that came with my device from factory is SKOEUVF MIUI 13 from Vodafone.
So here is the question, can I flash a EU or other stock Xiaomi global ROM, not Chinese, and relock Bootloader?
Today I'm using AOSP Android 14 with unlocked bootloader of course.
