Downgrade From Hyperos EU to Miui 14 EU in Poco F3

Should i re flash the old twrp recovery or the recovery that i flash to upgrade to Hyper Os work to flash MIUI 14 rom and clear data
Or!!
Should i do other process for Poco F3!!!
Hope to get fast response!!!!!!

There is nothing to do other than install the ROM and do "Format Data".
