Downgrade

Hello everyone, have a doubt, can i downgrade from miui 7 dev to miui 7 dev? then go back only a few releases?
If so can i proceed normally from TWRP, obviously make the wipes?

I just went from 7.6.5.26 to 7.6.5.19, did cache and Dalvik wipe.. Did not wipe data and It went fine
