Download failure

Is it just me or does just about nothing download on my phone from the web?

Instead of just clicking a link and expecting it to download, long press the link and select "Show In Browser". It will then start the download.

** P.S., I have noticed that it doesn't like to download *.img files (like recoveries) as it doesn't seem to recognize the file type as compatible with your phone.

Download and install download crutch lite. It will allow you to download unrecognized files directly to you phone. You can probably find it with Google or from applanet. It's free and legal, just no longer on the market. There will be no app to run. It's just an addon that lets you download files the same way you normally would through your browser.

Right on, what about download failures from other apps in general? I have a couple of mp3 apps that no longer download anything successfully while using MIUI that otherwise work fine.

EDIT: Everything seems to be downloading just fine now. I don't know what the problem was. Oh well.
