Dual Lock Screens

When my phone is locked,I have to go through 2 locks screens to access the phone. The first lockscreen shows a large battery icon in the top half and says I must swipe right in the lower half, the 2nd lock screen is a more familiar android style lock.
Does anyone know what may be causing this behaviour?

It may be because of an app that has a charging lockscreen such as Battery Doctor or Clean Master. It does not seem to be from xiaomi.eu's miui.

I have come to the conclusion it is indeed an app, problem is I have no idea which one!

Try to find a button in that Lockscreen that can take you to the Settings. Normally, they have that and you can disable it from there...

There didn't seem to be anything to click on other than the advert, however, having deleted all the apps I had, I started trying to get rid of the stuff that came with the phone, it seems to be gone after I removed one of the keyboard apps!
