error when installing rom K40S version 1.0.10

Hello everyone. I have a Redmi k40S (Munch), I intend to update to rom version 1.0.10 but when I open the file ''windows_install_upgrade'' I only get the message ''Waiting for device...'', while I am still connected and installing rom version 1.0.8 normally. Can anyone show me how to fix it?
