I am in the UK and want to buy the Xiaomi 3s. Is it legal to use in the UK?

Is there an EU declaration of conformity that proves it is legal to use in the UK?

e.g. search for samsung declaration (CE_V_Series_US.pdf) I cannot list as less than 10 posts

Xiaomi doesn't have any CE conformity as they don't sell in EU.

Anyway, uk is no more in the UE
