EU Mi 9 already running on Android 10

Is the EU version of the Mi 9 (which e.g. can be ordered in Spain) already running Android 10? Or isn't Android 10 yet available in the EU?

How long does it usually take for an update to come to the EU devices? E.g. if MIUI 11 is pushed to the Mi9 in Asia, does it take months or weeks till we see it in Europe?

there is no way to tell how long before they release the eu version from when the asia version is released
