EU Rom for Xiaomi Mi 11 Lite 5gNE

Since I'm thinking about to buy a Mi 11 Lite 5g New Edition, I was wondering if this phone will have the Xiaomi Eu Rom; I want to understand if it is worth buying it if there will be the xiaomi eu rom. I know that this phone only has global rom and not china version, so it is supposed to be a xiomi eu based on global?
