Make sure you have unlocked bootloader

Latest Twrp for your device

Latest Xiaomi.eu ROM for your device
xiaomi.eu_multi_HMK30Pro_V12.1.3.0.RJKCNXM_v12-11.zip (Android 11)

Personal recommended ROM

Follow the steps here
1, flash twrp from fastboot
2, boot to twrp and format /data partition
3, reboot your device to TWRP.
Go to “Mount“.
Now, tap on “Enable MTP” option at the bottom right.
After that, the device will be recognized on your PC.
4, transfer ROM zip to your device storage
3, install rom
4, wipe cache and dalvik
5, delete contents of "/data/system/package_cache" using twrp file manager(no problem if it's empty or you can't find it)
6, Reboot system ..
Done !!
First boot will take some time, so please be patient

I personally recommend going to stock state by flashing the china rom (do not relock bootloader if already unlocked)

Xiaomi.eu rom for your device is based on the china rom.
So i believe, having the stock china rom installed is a good start

Still valid.
You only need to substitute the rom and TWRP in the links with recent rom and TWRP

Any suggestion ?
