Facebook's Messenger app notification

I got problem in the Messenger app, like in the App Setting > Messenger > Notification > Chat and Calls > Popup Notification. I turned off the Popup Notification but after a while, the setting reset to On by itself. I'm currently on 10.2.26.0 (PFAEUXM) Global right now.

I have the same problem on MIUI GLobal 10.3.2.0 (PDTMIXM).
