New Fc Stock Browser 8.2.4.0 Kate

This bug has been confirmed by several users of the rom (see thread in RN3 sub forum). The stock browser crashes when the App opens. Phone is RN3 SE wit 8.2.4.0. This is what it looks like in the report.
