Features 8.3 Missing?

Installed today.
Do not have widget mail, calendar and Google for fast search....
How it is possible?

Reinstalled this version.
Same features missing but the real problem is that sometimes when i turn on it does not ask me for Sim1 pin and i have to deactivate and then reactivate Sim1 from settings.....
