Few errors

Hello I have a Xiaomi Mi2 with MIUI 4.5.30 and I have a few problems:

I keep gettin gthis message errors on the notification area.

Your SIM card is unactivated.
Why do I have to activate my card? is there any advantage?

Signin error for 1098*****
How can I fix this? I tryed every ppassword that I know of.
