New Fingerprint sensor not working in mi 11 lite 4g

Hi i am using the miui 12.5.8 eu rom version on my mi 11 lite. Quite recently my fingerprint scanner stopped working. I restarted a few times but it didn't seemed to fix the problem. There is not an icon for this in the settings.

How do i fix this issue??

It's a hardware problem with power button, it's a common issue on mi 11 lite.

You can take it to a service center for you to replace it
