Hi,
I've noticed for maybe 2-3 weeks that, when the screen is black, I don't get the fingerprint sensor to unlock it anymore unless I specifically click on the on/off side button, turn the screen on and only then I get the fingerprint sensor. It works fine, it's just that before, just by touching the screen it would automatically illuminate and I could unlock it, one day it just couldn't anymore.
The "Show fingerprint when screen is off" is enabled, so I'm suspecting there is a bug, but the phone is new (April 2024) and I haven't changed the screen or anything.
When I run the test as a developer, I can't test the "FOD fingerprint input test" or the "fingerprint sensor check" because it says I have a password, but I also don't know how to deactivate this password to run the test. Can anyone help me with this?
According to the settings, I have the latest hardware and I haven't downloaded anything new in the last weeks that could be the cause of this finger sensor not working.
Thank you in advance, Have a lovely day!
