FIX Chinese characters On LockScreen MIUI V4 2.3.16

MIUI rom V4 display Chinese characters on the lock screen. I've small edited so that it displays English

Download HERE
Use Root Explorer copy file download to System/Media/Theme/Default
Set Permissions : rw-r--r--
Reboot Device

DONE

the most easy way is : apply the theme again via themes app.

Just thought i would add the you need to delete or rename the lockscreen file already there and remove the .txt from the one you copied or this will not work

I downloaded the updated lockscreen but Chinese characters still appear when the battery level drops low enough to change the characters red. Otherwise, it's all cool
