Flash back to older MIUI EU rom from Latest

Hi there, i just want to know that after flashing my Redmi k30 4g to latest MIUI v12.1.3(android 11) and if i dont like it ...can i get back to older miui eu rom like 12.0.5(android 10) by flashing again... ???

Thanks in advance ..trying custom roms for first time.

You can. But you have to format data.
I didn't like the android 11 update so I'm back to android 10. Runs smoother.
I do it all the time on my K30 4G also

miui 12.5 is very smooth and bugless.but it is available only weekly eu betas for now. stable roms have not been released yet

V12.1.3 is stable android 11 not weekly. And it is not smooth... at least from my experience
