Flash RN5 without bootloader unlock

Hi every body
I'm recently bought a Redmi note 5 AI dual camera (chinese version) and i want to change its Rom to the global one but during the process the miflash_unlock.exe inform me that i have to wait 720 hours befor i can unlock the device, is there any way to do it without the passage by bootloader unlock that is mean without using miflash_unlock.exe and XiaMiFlash.exe?
