If you are using xiaomi.eu custom ROM you cannot/must not lock the bootloader.

It's because I want to use the Xiaomi.EU ROM, but I have bank apps like "caixa do Brasil" that they can someway detect that the BL is unlocked, and we have well, play store play protect integrity

Your reasons don't make any difference. If you lock the bootloader with an unofficial ROM installed, your phone will be hard bricked.
