Flashing Unofficial Miui Rom With Mi Pc Suite

Dear Sirs,
I would like to know whether it is possible to flash unofficial Miui Roms as in your download sector with Mi PC Suite? If possible kindly let me know how to.

It's not possible, xiaomi official tools like miflash or miphone manager can flash only rom digitally signed by xiaomi, so only official roms are signed.

I have 2 devices, both boatloader officially unlocked by me already. Mi Note Pro and Redmi Note 3 Snapdragon.
