I already have twrp on my mi5 currently running global v8.0.5, can I just flash the eu without using the fastboot command? Also do I have to do a complete wipe or just cache and davlik?

It may seen difficult at first look but it's a rather easy process. Just be aware not to download the latest twrp img because it has bugs. Download 3.0.2 or 3.0.2.1
