Floating Window for youtube not working - ROM MIUI 12.1 20.8.13

Hi thanks for the new ROM but I found a flaw. On my Xiaomi mi note 10.

When I want to place floating window for youtube I can't. You don't have the option

This error is in the ROM Miui 12.1 20.8.13. I also found the same error in the ROM Miui 12 20.8.6

Is it maybe cause Google asked to remove this feature?
