From weekly rom to stable

I have installed on my poco f3
14.0.23.4.17. DEV beta rom. I would like to install the new stable rom for my phone.
Is it necessary to format data to do so?

I have the same problem with the NFC payment and Im on the latest weekly also. Looks like Im going to do a downgrade

s**t looks like we have no other way to fix this problem but I think downgrade is not gonna do s**t as long as bootloader is unlocked
