From Weekly To Stable

Hi guys, when I installed on my mi5s weekly 7.3.23 Now let me turn to the stable 8.2.3, what is the procedure? I install by Update Xiaomi and then wipe or TWRP with their wipe? Thank you all.

If you go from weekly to stable, normally a wipe data/factory reset is required.
From TWRP you should wipe cache+dalvik+data.

then I access TWRP, install the ROM and wipe normally?

The procedure is correct, but what do you mean exactly with "normally"?
You can also do factory reset+install from TWRP+wipe cache+dalvik.
