From xiaomi.eu to Global Stable.?

Mi 8 with latest 8.8.30. Can I switch to Global Stable.?
Without any damage
China Stable 10.0.4 is online and Global Stable will follow.
Or will there be a Xiaomi.eu Stable.?

I will not test and be a part of Xiaomi.eu Android 9.
If there will be RollBackProtection I could not go back to Oreo.

I need some information.

You can switch to Global Stable at any time - using a recovery rom or fastboot rom (I'd choose the fastboot ROM).
There is a MIUI 10 Stable ROM available for the Mi8 here from xiaomi.eu -> https://sourceforge.net/projects/xi...files/xiaomi.eu/MIUI-STABLE-RELEASES/MIUIv10/
