New full-screen mode mi8SE

After stable pie update (10.2.3.0) most of the games and apps (like Facebook) can't work in full screen, instead it shows HUGE bars bottom and the top of the screen. tried to change the full-screen mode settings but still same, it was full screen before pie

I read something that black bar around notch is an android pie problem but what's the deal with bottom bar? and its really huge and appears in most apps
