Gear S3 Manager Not Work Internal Store

Hello everyone. I have a gear S3 watch and I can not operate the internal store . When try the app store in the gear manager app appears to me a blank page. I do not have the root. Any suggestions?

i have miui 8.3 eu 7.4.6
everything works great with gear manager also the app store but if i enabled: screen buttons can be hidden: then i get a blank page or a page saying that this unit is not compatible
