Getting App in the notificationbar

Anyone know how to get the App section in the notivication bar at miui 1.4.22
at the developerssite it looks like this (picture 1 and 2)
and at my device Nexus S it looks like this (picture 3)?

This feature got removed two releases ago, not sure if you can get it back via a mod or of Miui will add the feature back.

I, wish they would, as I love to able to see available memory to easy as I have a Milestone (256MB RAM =/ )
