Hi,
I flashed my phone 2 days after received it.
I was like you, which one to flash.
I think that if you've already unlocked it and install twrp, go with xiaomi.eu. It works good.
And like that you can change to the rom you want when you want.
With global, you certainly have your bootloader relock and the less I have to wait for unlock it the best I am....

Battery drain is not so bad. Around 4h sot.

All work as expected.

I had global stable latest out of the box... Difference in speed, responcevness, free ram is realy noticable in favor of .eu rom.

I was using the en.miui global beta, but before long I had the screen "just a sec" when I closed the browser/facebook. Today, I installed miui 8.1.1.0 stable from xiaomi.eu today to test.

xiaomi.eu is better from miui global..i use it..i love it..
